General Salsa Making Tip: To make a thicker salsa, remove the seeds and juice from the tomatoes before preparing. You can also remove the extra liquid when boiling if you are using a recipe that requires simmering the salsa.

Original Mexican Salsa Recipe

2 Jitomates ( 2 tomatoes )
1/2 cebolla ( 1/2 an onion )
1 diente de ajo ( 1 clove garlic )
chile serrano al gusto ( chopped fresh chilli ) 1 tsp for mild 4 for really hot.

Peel the tomatoes by blanching, remove the skins and scoop out the seeds. Dice all the ingredients, season with salt and pepper serve the salsa mexicana after at least one hour.
