Kicker Salsa

8-10 jalapenos
4-5 red poblanos (sp)
4-5 yellow hot bannana peppers
1/2 green pepper
1/2 onion (your choice)
1 clove garlic
4-5 large ripe tomatoes (to taste)
1/4 cup cilantro (fresh if possible)
1TB chili powder
1TB cumin
1TB cayanne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
some type of hot sauce (i.e. tabassco, devil drops to taste)

Chop all peppers in food processor, so you know how hot it's going to be. place in bowl. then chop onion and pressed garlic with cilantro in food processor and add mix to peppers. add tomatoes and assorted seasonings in food processor. add to pepper and onion mix. salt and pepper to taste, mix well.

Chill overnight. bon appettite.
