Jamaican Salsa

2 small pineapples, peeled, cored and diced
4 kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
2 mangoes, peeled and diced
2 papayas, peeled and diced
2 cans black beans, rinsed
1/2 poblano chile, seeded and diced
1 cup vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 limes, juiced
1 cup cilantro, chopped

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for 12 hours and serve.

Makes 8 servings.
